While I’d love to be able to personally provide movement coaching services for everyone who needs my help around the world, technology hasn’t quite caught up to that goal.

20 minute one-on-one consultation via Skype $699
For those who have very precise questions about form, technique, or need a quick, direct answer to their situation, a 20-minute video chat can make all the difference in the world. This is also best for follow-up consults that require fine-tuning of movement or technique that’s been covered in a more in-depth fashion during a longer consult that took place either in person or via video chat.
60 minute one-on-one consultation $1,699
This is the standard for most remote consultations with me. The hour gives us a chance to be able to more carefully assess the issues that are at play and to tailor-make a training or corrective exercise program that best suits where you’re currently at and where you want to go.
Based on your level of commitment, we also have CUSTOMIZABLE MONTHLY PLANS available that allow you to work with me on a more regular basis to achieve your fitness, health, or training goals.
Regardless of the level of ability or background, all clients who wish to engage in the monthly plans are required to start with one introductory package that includes the following:
All of this is available to you for $3,000/month with a 3 month commitment. 90 days is considered by many to be the baseline for achieving some sustainable change. That’s why we’ve chosen to use that as our benchmark trial period.
For those who want to retain longer-term on a longer-term basis, the basic monthly plan is where we start to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Based on the mutual availability and how we progress in the hunt for results during this trial period, we can both then decide how best to work together to continue achieving results & creating new gains.
